Kevin Murray i​s a water resources professional with over 20 years of experience in planning and implementing complex, multi-benefit projects.  He worked in the public sector in San Mateo and Santa Clara Counties for the first two decades of his career, before joining a private consultant firm in Sacramento in 2024, where his work was focused primarily on the San Joaquin River system, leading the development of a Comprehensive Mitigation Plan for a suite of U.S. Army Corps of Engineers flood protection projects, and the development of riparian and freshwater marsh restoration design in the San Joaquin River National Wildlife Refuge.  Kevin was appointed Chair of the Western Region of the Bay Area Integrated Water Management Program in 2009 and has been awarded a Congressional Certificate of Special Recognition from the United States House of Representatives for “Outstanding and Invaluable Service to the Community.”  Kevin joined OneShoreline in 2026 to manage infrastructure maintenance and the flood early warning system.
