This section is for property owners, developers, contractors, or utility companies interested in performing work on a temporary basis within OneShoreline's right-of-way.

Temporary Encroachment Permit is required for any temporary work within OneShoreline's Right-of-Way.

Typical examples of work requiring this permit include the installation or repair of a bridge or sidewalk; the installation or repair of utilities over, under, or within OneShoreline's right-of-way; performance of surveys, site investigations, or other activities that do not result in a permanent change to existing conditions.
