Lisa Gauthier is the Vice Chair of OneShoreline’s Board of Directors. She was elected to the San Mateo County Board of Supervisors in November 2024, representing District 4. Her district encompasses Redwood City, East Palo Alto, the areas of Menlo Park east of El Camino Real (including the Belle Haven neighborhood), and the unincorporated community of North Fair Oaks.

Supervisor Gauthier began her public service career in 2012 when she was elected to the East Palo Alto City Council. She served as Vice Mayor in 2014, 2018, and 2022 and as Mayor in 2015, 2019, and 2023. During her tenure, she guided the city through major challenges, including the COVID-19 pandemic and severe storms.

In addition to her work in local government, Supervisor Gauthier served as Senior Vice President of Inclusion & Belonging at the Silicon Valley Leadership Group, where she oversaw policy areas such as Workforce/Education, Racial Justice & Equity, and Healthcare.

Her commitment to public service extends to various boards and organizations. Besides serving on the Board of OneShoreline, she is an active member of the City/County Association of Governments (C/CAG), the San Mateo County Office of Emergency Services, and serves as a regional area director for BWOPA (Black Women Organized for Political Action).
